If your organization could use a dose of encouragement that inspires action, let’s make it happen.
Here’s a look at a few things I love to talk about:
Leadership is a Journey, Not a Destination
This keynote presentation is especially for Millennial leaders and CEO’s. I spill all my secrets about how to become an amazing leader, including my own unique four step approach to effective leadership. I also open up about my own missteps, mistakes and what I’ve learned along the way. Participants leave inspired to become effective leaders, challenged to up their game and excited to try new things.
Being 20-something in the 21st century
Created for a younger, broader audience of Millennials (everyone from students to entrepreneurs to philanthropists), this aspirational keynote speech is made up of inspiring insight into how young people can design the futures they desire. I touch on everything from being a leader in your own life to knowing and trusting yourself to how to forge your own path. Participants leave with a total (legal) buzz – excited and hopeful about their future and motivated to take action (and risks) to live the live they want to live.
Mentoring in the New Millennium
Part of an organization that wants to learn how to best leverage your talent or struggling with a predominantly young or multi generational workforce? Mentoring could be your answer. This inspired presentation will share how to use mentoring to do incredible things like: strengthen organizational intelligence, promote collaboration (despite and across differences), sustain the organization’s competitive advantage and enhance organizational performance by encouraging knowledge transfer and career growth.
Don’t see what you need here?
I also give custom presentations on everything from leadership, generational and cultural understanding, and/or mentoring for Millennial and multi-generational audiences.
